Questions
How do I get started?
The first time you open Just Invoices, add your business name, your name and a logo, which can be an emoji or a photo. Then choose how you get paid: Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, Zelle, or cash or check. Pick as many as you like.
Does Just Invoices handle my payments?
No. It prints your payment links and a QR code on your invoices, and your clients pay you in Venmo, Cash App, PayPal or Zelle, or with cash or a check. The app never sees the money.
How do I add a widget?
Touch and hold an empty spot on your Home Screen, tap Edit, then Add Widget, and search for Invoices. “Owed and earned” comes in small, medium and large, and the large one lists who owes you. “Earnings” is a chart in the same three sizes: touch and hold it and tap Edit Widget to show weeks, months or years. There are Lock Screen widgets too, a line above the clock and a rectangular one.
Where is my information kept?
On your iPhone, and in your own iCloud if you use it. We never receive it. The privacy policy has the details.
