Questions
Can people I share with change my records?
No. A shared link is read-only. It shows the records you chose to include and nothing else, and it never includes the name you gave the link.
How do I turn off a link?
Open Links, find the link, tap Revoke, then Turn off link. It stops working as soon as your phone is online, usually right away, and its encrypted copy is deleted from our server. Anyone who opens it after that sees a page saying the link is no longer active. A PDF you already sent is a separate file, so turning off a link doesn’t take it back.
What if I get a new phone?
Sign in to the same Apple Account and install Pet Papers. Your pets, records and documents come back from your iCloud. Since Pet Papers is a one-time purchase, you can download it again at no charge.
Can my family use my purchase?
Yes. Pet Papers is a one-time purchase that works with Family Sharing, so people in your Family Sharing group can download it at no extra charge. To share the same pets, invite them to your household too.
