Common questions
Can I buy more credits?
No. Credits are virtual and have no cash value. You start with a bank of credits and can earn more each day, or by choosing to watch an optional ad.
Is this real-money gambling?
No. There are no real-money bets, no prizes and no in-app purchases. The strategy charts and card counting are there to help you learn the game.
Can I stop the ads from tracking me?
Yes. Apple asks before an app tracks you, and you can say no, or change your answer later in the Settings app, under Privacy & Security, then Tracking.
What do you do with my message?
We use it only to reply to you. It’s Just Blackjack’s privacy policy says what a support message holds and how we keep it.
