No account, and your credits and stats stay on your device. The only data that leaves it is for the optional rewarded ads, which Google AdMob shows, under Google's privacy policy. Credits have no cash value, and the app has no in-app purchases.
Who we are
It's Just Blackjack is an iPhone and iPad game published by DosSantos Systems LLC, 488 Pleasant St, Unit 1A, New Bedford, MA 02740, United States ("we", "us"). This policy covers the app.
What stays on your device
There is no account and nothing to sign in to. Your credits, your stats and your settings are kept on your device. We don't run a server for It's Just Blackjack, and the app doesn't send your game data to us. Deleting the app deletes them.
Ads from Google AdMob
The app offers optional rewarded ads: you can choose to watch an ad to earn more credits. Google AdMob shows those ads. To show and measure them, AdMob may collect your device's advertising identifier and other device identifiers, your approximate location from your IP address, and information about the ads you see and tap. Google handles this data under Google's privacy policy, and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services explains more.
Apple requires an app to ask before it tracks you across other companies' apps and websites. You can say no, or change your answer later in the Settings app, under Privacy & Security, then Tracking.
Credits are not money
Credits are virtual. They cannot be bought, and they have no cash value. The app has no in-app purchases and no real-money gambling, so it collects no payment information.
Children
It's Just Blackjack is rated 17+ on the App Store because it simulates gambling. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Support messages
If you write to us through the app's support page, we receive what you write, the email address you give us and the topic you pick, and your device and app version if you add them. We use them only to reply to you. The message is stored without your IP address and is encrypted on our server as soon as it arrives. We never add you to a mailing list, and we never share your message.
Our company policy
Our company Privacy Policy covers every app we publish, and its Annex J describes It's Just Blackjack. The two are written to agree. If they ever seem not to, we follow whichever collects or shares less.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top.
