Common questions
How do I cancel Premium?
In the Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then PlaneCost. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and Premium stays on until the end of the period you paid for. Nothing you entered is deleted.
Where is my data?
On your device. What you enter in PlaneCost is not sent to us, and there is no account.
Is PlaneCost an official logbook?
No. It is not a pilot logbook or an aircraft maintenance record, and its figures are estimates worked out from what you enter. Our Terms (Annex A) say more.
How do I get a refund?
Apple handles every purchase of PlaneCost, so a refund is Apple’s to give. Ask for one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
What do you do with my message?
We use it only to reply to you. our Privacy Policy (Annex A) says what a support message holds and how we keep it.
