No account, no ads and no tracking. Color Cam reads the colors in the photos you choose, on your device. Your photos and palettes are not sent to us, and a palette you share goes only where you send it.
Who we are
Color Cam: The Color Finder is an iPhone and iPad app published by DosSantos Systems LLC, 488 Pleasant St, Unit 1A, New Bedford, MA 02740, United States ("we", "us"). This policy covers the app.
Your photos
Color Cam reads the colors in the photos you choose to analyze, on your device. Your photos are not uploaded and are not sent to us. You can change what the app may access at any time in the Settings app.
Your palettes
The palettes you make are kept on your device. When you share or export one, as a PNG, a PDF or a text file, it goes only where you send it. There is no account, and we don't run a server for Color Cam. Deleting the app deletes its data.
No ads, no tracking
Color Cam shows no ads and does not track you. It contains no third-party code for analytics, advertising or crash reporting.
Purchases
Color Cam is sold through Apple's App Store. Apple handles the payment, and we never receive your name, payment details or Apple Account information.
Children
Color Cam is rated 4+ on the App Store. It collects no personal information from anyone, children included.
Support messages
If you write to us through the app's support page, we receive what you write, the email address you give us and the topic you pick, and your device and app version if you add them. We use them only to reply to you. The message is stored without your IP address and is encrypted on our server as soon as it arrives. We never add you to a mailing list, and we never share your message.
Our company policy
Our company Privacy Policy covers every app we publish, and Color Cam follows its general rules. The two are written to agree. If they ever seem not to, we follow whichever collects or shares less.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top.
