1 Eligibility

4 Intellectual Property

All content, features, functionality, designs, code, graphics, logos, trademarks, and other materials available through our Services are the exclusive property of DosSantos Systems LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works from any part of the Services without our prior written consent.

5 User Content

Some of our Services may allow you to submit, upload, or share content ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you:

• Retain ownership of your User Content.
• Grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your User Content solely in connection with operating and improving the Services.
• Represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to submit the User Content and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

6 Payments & Subscriptions

Certain Services may require payment, including one-time purchases, subscriptions, or in-app purchases. By making a purchase, you agree to the following:

• All fees are stated in US dollars unless otherwise specified and are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.
• Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, with reasonable notice provided before the next billing cycle.
• You are responsible for all applicable taxes associated with your use of the Services.

Payments processed through third-party platforms (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play) are subject to those platforms' terms and refund policies.

8 Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

9 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DOSSANTOS SYSTEMS LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

10 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DosSantos Systems LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any third-party rights, or any User Content you submit through the Services.

11 Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice, including for any violation of these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
• We may delete your account and any associated data, subject to our data retention policies and applicable law.
• Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect, including but not limited to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, with arbitration taking place in the State of New York. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

13 Modifications to the Services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Services.

14 Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we may also provide notice through the Services or via email. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Services.

15 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its original intent.

16 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other agreements or policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and DosSantos Systems LLC regarding your use of the Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, whether oral or written.
