02 / What we do

Four things, done properly.

Web platforms

Ordering · Scheduling · Payments

Customer facing sites and applications that carry real transactions: ordering, scheduling, payments, accounts. We build the admin screens your staff lives in with the same care as the pages your customers see.

A2

Mobile apps

iOS · Android · Offline first

Native and cross platform apps for iOS and Android, built when the phone is genuinely the right tool. Field crews, drivers, and technicians get something that works with one hand and a bad signal.

A3

Internal tools and automation

Dispatch · Intake · Reporting

The dispatch board, the intake form, the nightly report somebody still assembles by hand. We replace the spreadsheet and the copy and paste with one screen your team can trust.

A4

Infrastructure and hosting

Deploys · Monitoring · Backups

Deployment, monitoring, backups, and the unglamorous work that keeps software up at 6am. We run what we build, and we hand over the keys the day you ask for them.

03 / Selected work

Three problems, plainly solved.

Sheet 03 / 05
Case 01 Food service

Ma's Donuts and More

Problem

Every order came through one phone line, so the morning rush decided how many got taken.

Built

Online ordering with scheduled pickup windows, a kitchen display for the counter, and a menu editor the owner runs from her phone.

45% of weekend orders now arrive online, and the phone stops ringing during the rush.

Case 02 Home services

T Bros Plumbing

Problem

Dispatch lived on a whiteboard, and the answer to who is closest was whoever picked up first.

Built

A scheduling and dispatch tool with technician availability, job history per address, and photo notes from the field.

3 hrs of phone time back in the office each day. Two dispatchers now run nine trucks.
Case 03 Nonprofit

Donate a Well

Problem

Donations arrived through three services, and reporting to funders meant a week of spreadsheet work.

Built

One donation flow with recurring giving, a donor record that keeps its history, and funder reports that generate on demand.

One afternoon to close quarterly reporting, down from a full week of copying numbers between tabs.

04 / How it works

First call to launch.

Sheet 04 / 05
  1. 01 / 30 minutes

    First call

You describe the problem. We tell you whether we are the right shop for it, and we say so when we are not.

  2. 02 / One week

    Scope and fixed quote

We write down what gets built, what it costs, and when it lands. One price, no hourly surprises.

  3. 03 / 6 to 14 weeks

    Build in two week increments

You see working software every two weeks. Between increments you can change direction at no penalty.

  4. 04 / Ongoing

    Launch and support

We deploy, watch it under real load, and stay on for maintenance. You own the code and the accounts from day one.

InquirySheet 05 / 05

Tell us what you are trying to solve.

A paragraph is plenty. An engineer reads it, not a sales team. If it is not a fit, we will say so and point you somewhere better.

  • A.Reply within one business day
  • B.First call is 30 minutes, no deck
  • C.No sales sequence, ever

We read every one. No mailing list, no sales sequence.
